I haven't taken part of a viral marketing before but I've heard things about them, can you be a part of it even though you're not from US? Why exactly do I have to give out where I live? What, they gonna send us stuff or what?

Yeah, during the TDK viral campaign, some participants received free stuff in the mail. I'm pretty sure it's safe to give them you're mailing address.

There is a disclaimer by Columbia Pictures on the site, so this is legit and all; I wouldn't worry about giving them your address, especially if we get free swag. Also, those questions on the application are funny, I did a quick search; two of them are taken straight from wikipedia. Anyway, I applied for the position of chief architect for the company lol.

I did the Dark Knight Viral marketing and was one of the bowling ball winners, here is some tips for those who are confused.

Put real info(email,cell phone at least, and adress). If anything like TDK one you will receive emails, phone calls, and maybe have movie swag(free items).
Take it seriously because THEY take it seriously. I understand that some info obviously has to be made up for the application but they take these marketing things seriously. I personally answered the physics questions as correct as I could.
If you dont understand something post it most likely someone feels the same way.
International people apply anyways you have nothing to lose. Sometimes the viral games involved everyone and sometimes it was selected cities or US only.
Most importantly have fun and try to work together to get the full experience.
