I know it doesn't fit with the ending of The Dark Knight but I think (and hope) that by the end of TDKR, Gotham will have accepted and embraced Batman, as in this poster.

dude thats incredible. the only thing i would change is the bat signal completely over the building. it looks a little odd with some of it cut off. other than that, fantastic job

Thanks. That Batman photo is from an actual source. Very little manipulation outside of coloring.

And I have to agree with this, one of the few things that bugged me with the tdk-posters and especially the dvd-covers, was the inclusion of too many batsymbols. it is, as you say, reduntant to have 2 batmsymbosl on one sheet. in the case of posters and covers, less is more indeed.
