Default TheComicbookKid Art Thread

I guess I'll try this. Not really good at Photoshop so most stuff will probably be sketches with subpar attempts at coloring.

one eye is bigger than the other, they both should be the same size and shape, the nose is a little rough, make it softer and a little more rounded at the nostrels , that right ear has got to go, erase it and cover it up with her hair. The contur of the face needs a little more shape.more defined look. Add some rendering in her hand..Face and hands are the most import parts of the body since they show the most emotion, the rest of the body doesn't need to be there.

Thanks. Yeah, I redrew that nose several hundred types.

And here's a Super Young Team sketch. I really love Most Excellent SuperBat's costume.

In the same vein as Mattchew's much better drawings, a project I never got around past concept art to actually doing. The Cereal Wars of WWII.

^Thanks for the compliment.

I'm thinking about making a comic strip( Wednesday Comics style but not sequential) to sort of force myself to develop my skills. This is the main character.

The strip would be called THE SECRET IDENTITY OF WALTER MILTON.

Great use of lines in your work! The looseness reminds me of the artwork for Metal Gear Solid. I would suggest really taking that loose sketchy style of yours and advance it. Don't tighten the drawings, just maybe experiment with adding more detail. Think about backgrounds and the rendering of different fabrics, but always keep the linework loose.
