Default The Japanese Election

Democratic Party of Japan won.

Pretty huge shakeup.

They seem to be big spenders. But instead of taxing more, or sell their debt to their own people, it looks like they are going to raise money by selling treasuries en masse. It makes more sense than selling debt to their own people. Especially with the strong dollar right now. In fact, one of the selling point of this party to begin with is their bashing of the American debt hegemony.

This increases the rejection of American debt sentiment across Asia. As you guys might already know, China has been quietly buying gold as of late and finding discrete ways to dump U.S. Treasuries.

Without the East Asians buying T-bills, there is going to be more funding problems in America.

Here is a recent example "dumping" by China.

There seems to be a big debate about the dollar implosion. That is, you have a guy like Sinclair counting down, while a contrarian like Shedlock saying otherwise. But Sinclair is a multimillionaire who traded for decades.

I just saw that the new soon-to-be first lady of Japan believes that her soul was abducted by aliens and was taken to Venus on a triangle shaped spaceship. Could you imagine how people would treat an American first lady if she were to say something like that???

That sounds pretty average.

They have restaurants where a woman lays down with food spread throughout her nekkid body, whilst you eat

She also believes that Tom Cruise was japanese in his previous life and that if they met, he would instantly recognize her. She also 'eats the power of the sun'.

We have alittle bit of an idea with Nancy Reagan and her Astrologer...

And this is huge......not a good election for the US, great election for Japan.

Seeing as we can't get our government to stop wasting money we don't have, I think it would actually be good for us if we ran out of people to borrow from since it would force the fed to stop borrowing to fund all their ridiculous extra programs.
