The hardest characters to incorporate into the JL film will be, IMO:

Hawkgirl
Martian Manhunter (unless he debuts in JL. Then it'll be easy)
Aquaman (because it's f--king AQUAMAN.)

I liked the Aquaman of Justice League Unlimited. He was pretty cool.

Indeed. He was so badass.

Oh, and I'm not saying Aquaman is a bad character. Just that he'd be hard to translate into a film, without his own movie. (although, he IS getting his own TV show, so they might make a film...hm...).

It's a possibility, since:

Nolan is involved in the Superman film.
Batman's already been done.
Flash and GL are being done.

ALL being made by the same company.

If they're made by the same company, copyrights won't work, so there can be crossovers.

If, wait, not if. WHEN they announce a Wonder Woman film, made by Warner Bros, it's almost a gaurantee of a Justice League film.

Nolan said his Superman and Batman films are in their own universes, kept separate.

Full stop.

No Justice League.

I see both sides.
On the one hand there is No way a JL film won't happen, or at the very least a WF film. There is way too much money to be made off of one for them not to do it.

On the other hand they're probably at least 7 or 8 years away, at the least, and by then prolly without Nolan involved.

GL's comin out next year, and Flash should be finished in about 2012. If they announce WW within the next two years, it should be within 2012-2013. JL could be done in...2014-2016.

And, it's not even up to Nolan to decide if they are in the same universe. Last I checked, he wasn't director of MOS, just Batman. He's helping with Superman, but the decision on whether or not there is a JL film is up to WB.

I will not be shocked if that happens soon either.

I like the thread, but it should be over there.

When they make a JL section, it can be moved there.

yes we know nolan has said that for his batman and that is his idea for superman for now. But we have no clue how things will come to be once third batman movie is out. and when the superman reboot comes out. Then if gl is a hit, and they can get flash/ww out and they do decently they may want to combine all the current film takes into jl film. We just dont know how things could go. Since wb seems to change their minds all the time reguarding dc films.

Flash has already been announced, actually. All that's left is WW, and maybe they can slip Hawkgirl and Jonn into the film. Aquaman may be getting his own show, so they'll wait a bit for the GA to be familiar with him before a film.

well yea but we dont know if it will actually be getting to develop stage this time or like the last few yrs with directors on board and getting nowhere. but i am hoping with berlanti on board now it can get to production stage. it will be nice to get the major players of dc into big screen films finally. we will see how it all turns out.

JL may be a different type of movie than the ones we have already seen.

I think there is a big difference with how to handle a team movie, vs. single hero.

That being said, it's not a bad idea, but it will need epic vision and good writing.

Nice ^^

Even though I probably wouldn't be a fan of Megan Fox as Wonder Woman, she does look pretty fitting for the role in that manip/drawing.

I wouldn't pick her either but, there was something about the source picture that screamed Megan.. I found a face pick that had a similar facial angle and it seemed to work..
