I grew up with Thief and Deus Ex in the late 90's. This game looks phenomenal. Really can't wait. It's a definite day 1 buy for me.

I saw on the gametrailers forum people calling him a nerd for looking like the main character. It's sorta like attempting to call someone a nerd for looking like Johnny Depp or Christian Bale, not really much of an insult.

Just awesome, this and Elder Scrolls V are my most anticipated games this year. Though that's saying a lot since there are tons of great looking games that I will be buying this year. Looks like I'll be broke by the end however happy.

The gameplay looks pretty good, but I have to say, I'm loving the black and gold color scheme they're using for this game.

Do you need to play the first game to play this? Because I honestly think this looks amazing and I rarely get excited for games any more. But I haven't played the first one.

I doubt it but you should anyway. It's still an amazing game despite the graphics lol I wish I never sold the PS2 port I had.

man I just wiki'd for PC specs and found out Revolution is actually a prequel.

but anyway if you can find a copy (or torrent) it's worth dealing with a mouse/keyboard.

I would advise against it. The original doesn't hold up very well at all. And it's probably for the best that you've never played it, that way you can go into this new one with a fresh perspective and enjoy it on it's own merits.

It's a PC game.

You can get it off Steam for like ten bucks. Even cheaper if you catch it on sale.
