I've only ever seen Evans in comedic roles like "Not Another Teen Movie" and "Fantastic Four", so I'm skeptical as to his dramatic acting chops. Does anyone have any clips that might show Evans in a more "Captain America" light?

I don't have clips, but to get a better handle of his skills, watch London, Sunshine (a must), Fierce People, and Street Kings. Those roles aren't comedic (Fierce People might seem that way at first, but his character takes turn in the 2nd half).

I think Push honestly is kind of underrated..I enjoyed it.

Interesting that a lot of the articles say he had to consider whether or not he wanted the role (it wasn't about money but the role). I'm guessing he didn't want to be Routh'd if this all goes south.
