If he has hair at the start fine, but he needs to be balding so maybe chop off the top... certainly not gonna be attractive to any admirers I would think, but it has to be somewhat plausible. He can't have some Bruce Lee look like that picture above.

That's because he has Patrick Stewart's ears, which look humongous, and an older man's head in that manip. I'm sure McAvoy will look fine with a shaved head and his own features.

I gotta be honest that is Ben Kingsley. Unfortunately, I'm not experienced enough in photoshop yet to try and make Mcavoy bald, so I just took Mcavoy's face to someone who was already bald.

well my idea looked better in my brain, I couldn't quite put it down like I wanted. lol this looks nothing like an X-Men poster.

I'll try some character posters later and see if they end up better.
