Aaron Johnson...Cyclops perhaps? He's too young for Magneto.

Well, McAvoy is 31. I'd expect to see Magneto as someone about 40 or so. I never thought of Charles and Erik being the same age in the films. I always assumed Magneto was older.

I thought about McAvoy a while back... for Eric. Not sure about this. Doesn't seem like that ultimate good guy, but he can certainly capture Xavier's intelligence. Just figured him as more of a villain.

I see him as more of a good guy actually. And I don't see the similairty between him and Mckellen at all. Mcavoy looks like a thoughtful person even when he doesn't say much; constantly thinking which is what Stewart had. That's essential. He should be wise beyond his years.
I love the suggestion of JGL as young Eric... if he can pull off an English accent that is, or would they be following continuity?

I'm sure they'd drop the accent... but JGL wouldn't be terrible. Unless Nolan snags him for a Batman role or something. I am still completely vexed because I don't know exactly what they are doing with this movie. If they are going this young for Xavier, I am not even sure I want the First Class in the movie.

Never would have guessed he's be Prof. X. At least it isn't some crazy choice.

Can't see them pulling in as many these three actors to play one character.

I like the idea of Johnson as Cyclops. I reckon this could be what he's up for, if he's involved in this production that is.

Yeah, the picture of those two next to eachother but having opposing ideas is very interesting. I mean their facial features are very much the opposite, yet they do come together for a while, they share different ideals. Which done right could be fantastic. Imagine the first pic released to simply be these two standing side by side just looking out past the frame. Mcavoy's thoughtful face and Levitt's intense one. That would be great stuff right there.
