If women's sizes fit you better, knock yourself out. You're probably going to die of malnourishment at some point, but knock yourself out.

No its not. Its all the rage back in the 1970s and all this retro stuff is in, so its all good. Thats MY style. Besides, I love walking into a store and asking for womens flared or wide leg jeans size 12 and then telling them its for me. I have never had a sales assistant blink an eye.

It was all the rage for gay people, still is, but I don't recall a-n-y straight guys I know wearing women's clothes at a-n-y point in their life (which isn't to say I can't imagine a few doing so in private). Just publically, no, I've never seen it happen, and some of my friends are in this uber-chique Russian/Eastern European crowd and they wear the tightest stuff I've ever seen.

Many of my friends are models too, male and female.

I mean, like Terry said, you like wearing women's clothes, have at it. I don't see it as good or bad, but I do acknowledge it as more than a little odd.

Maybe they are comfortable, but there are many top end men's clothes that are also comfortable, and I dunno, whomever designs my men's wear seems to understand the in's and out's of my body type pretty well.

I wear plain or striped shirts and a jeans with unified color, basically what makes me comfortable
Fashion is a pain, and fashion following people telling me what to put on annoy me

Why do so many of you seem to be under the impression fashion is uncomfortable?

I don't know a soul, unless it's a girl who is into me or my parents, who has tried to "force" me to wear something.

In what way do people force you to wear things? I'm very confused???

My fashion is all chosen by me, usually at a computer in the privacy of my room. I might consult someone after I buy something, but I know nobody who has ever been insistent I wear a certain item of clothing.

You ever got the line "Old men these days want to dress like this but they can't" or this kind of stupid lines when you see something you don't like and don't want to buy, but that hideous stuff is fashionable for the time?

As a heterosexual, male fashion trends aren't something I follow.

right, because following fashion trends would somehow make you less inclined to be attracted towards women. Makes sense.

I feel more "heterosexual" by being fashionable. I really don't understand where some of you get your inane, close minded-ness on this subject. My clothes show off my male assets, and speaking from experience, I feel more heterosexual dressed in something that shows off me a little more than just dressing in whatever.

I don't get the connection.

Caring about what you wear is not gay in any sense.

The most i get are warnings that long hair increases the chances of going bald... because... Karma I suppose? Anyway. I'll probably lose all of it by the time I'm 30, so savouring it while it lasts.

I hear ya. Think most of my t-shirts amount to that. And of course, the crucial Megadeth and Iron Maiden ones. Glad they're still around.

I do a lot of fitted graphic T-Shirts. I like establishing a range of stuff. I have some vintage T-Shirts I like to mix in here and there, mostly superhero and Patriots stuff, but some music items as well. I definitely appreciate that look.

i guess the stigma comes from the idea that by being "fashionable" you're conforming to some trend or another. It's not. Most of the unconscious clothes that we have are there out of choice, so you do have your own style that you stick to over the years. One of the things that I'm unsure of, is, again with the long hair is wearing a bandanna. I've never put one on and it'd really be a departure in terms of how i usually wear. So i'll definitely go ahead and do it

After looking at Bane's awesome coat I'm digging the idea of military-inspired shirts or duffle-coats. The Bengali national flag's got Green and Red as its colours, and in any number of the national festivals that crop up during the summer, if i put on my old camo-pants with a red t-shirt, and if that bandanna is the flag itself, that'd be something that doesn't conform to the trend of patriotic clothing (here that's what people call "fatwas" or "panjabis") but if i put that one it'd be distinct enough to be non-conforming, and yet close enough to my own style of clothes to be called "fashion."

That, or i'm giving way too much thought into this.

Problem with that is, especially with the superhero stuff, you don't always get the logo or image that you want. It's certainly more limited here in Bangladesh. The other day I was looking at a sloppy print of a batman-Hush image on a T-shirt. It was obviously unofficial. The best way, I think, is to make your own logo or whatever. It's fun, you get to use acrylic on clothes, and end up with -- for me -- the Alex Ross batman logo on a grey t-shirt that i'd otherwise never find anywhere else.

I buy most of my clothes online honestly. The wait period can be a little obnoxious, but that's what I do. That way I get the logos I want or the item I want. One of the things that is a drawback about buying things in the store is that frequently the look you see someone else wearing or that you may like they simply don't carry. Don't have that problem online.

The only thing I try to be present for is pants, at least the first pair of a brand, that way I know my size.

I can honestly say that I don't know what is fashionable and even if I did, if I did not like the item in question (it could be the most fashionable thing that has just come out of Fashionsville with 11 stars!) I would not wear it.

I wear what I like and feel comfortable in. It is on a very rare occasion that I will perform a clothing purchase based on fashion-ability.

For those that do care about such things, good on you!

My care about fashion goes this far - I don't care what I'm wearing as long as I'm not that guy. I can say that for just about everyone because I find no pride in having to think of someone else because of what I'm wearing and I wouldn't find no pride in being considered a 'twink' either.

I want to look good, but I don't pay attention to trends and fashion. I'm a big dude at 6'5" 300lbs so none of the "fashionable" stuff fits me. I wear things that flatter me and make me look presentable
