I thought this looked quite cheesy too, mainly the coat collar.
![]() But it worked in the context of the Kandorians dressing this way. |

i too didnt like the collar poped up some times on the black suit. But still it was a good suit, and i am sure this one will be good too.

I'm surprised so many people liked this episode more than last week's. I loved all the Lex clone stuff and Clark saving Lois and the DP at the same time. Tonight's episode just didn't have that overall great feel IMO.

not a bad episode, 'Supergirl' would do better, as for the new suit, great to see Clark moving back to the Red and Blue, but the 1950s look kinda makes it anticlimatic for me.
It should've been a transition from the season 9 outfit, as in the 'cape' look should've stayed |

Yeah, I've always like this possible look for his 2.0 suit. But I guess it must be hard to find a red trench-coat that doesn't look weird. Either that, or the red dye they used to use for his jacket didn't look right.

Can't say I'm the biggest fan of the Lex clone stuff... I'm hoping things will pick up bigtime with Supergirl. I like everything I've heard for that one thus far. |

Oh okay,
So he doesn't have a "S" on the shirt? I know he has one on the jacket, but you can hardly see that. Plus, the jacket can zip down so it ruins the "S" image. Nitpicking, I know. But still... Wait, here's a question for our speculated minds: how in the hell can Clark get these outfits that are stylzed, designer outfits? If it is easy for him, it DAMNIT it should be easy for us too! |

I liked the episode, but mostly because I thought it was going to be crap so my expectations weren't high.

well we do have to remember first clark has his own job that probably pays a good decent salary. Second his mom is still a senator and probably makes a good pretty penny to help out with clark and other things. Then 3rd there is always ollie to help out.

Remember the days in the past When Clark would just throw a guy? I'm so glad he's matured and now gives the bad guys a super punch .

I enjoyed this ep, the only thing that annoyed me was Cat. I understand that the writers wanted to make her the Anti-Lois, but being a chattery with a teeney bopper attitude just doesn't work well.
- Love the Lois & Carter convos, especially the "Superman" line. - The new transition suit looked cool, woulda liked a yellow S on the back, but oh well.

That punch was so damn cool.
No more throwing around. ;P And I don't get why is this "1950s look" complainings are about. The jacket looked ok. It definitely didn't feel retro to me.

I though Shield was a step up from last week, not a big step but a step up none the less. And I don't get a 50's vibe at all from Clark's jacket because to me it just looks like a modern red leather motorcycle jacket. Plus I think it has the same feel as the other JLA characters. I would actually buy one if they sold them.

I thought this episode was bad there were just so many wtf moments first the whole explosion then oliver changing into his costume in less than 30 seconds and then clark being next to cat at the end the only part of the episodes i liked were the egypt scenes. Next weeks looks a ton of fun though!! So excited for supergirl!!
