I loved Ben 10, I liked the old one's and I also liked the Alien Force. I haven't seen a single episode of the Ultimate Alien though. I have no idea what the new plot is about. Someone wanna catch me up?

Ultimate Alien's really good, but I can't find the words to describe it. So I posted Cartoon Network's official description:

Picking up one year after where Ben 10: Alien Force leaves off, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien follows the now sixteen-year-old Ben. The Omnitrix has been destroyed and Ben must learn to master the secrets of the new Ultimatrix, a gauntlet-like version of the old Omnitrix that not only gives him access to all of his original powers and abilities, but also allows him to evolve his alien forms into even stronger and even more powerful versions (called "ultimate forms"). In the premiere episode "Fame", a young ten-year-old fan named Jimmy Jones deduces Ben's secret identity and reveals it to the world. Ben becomes an overnight celebrity, hailed by kids as a hero but distrusted by adults as a possible threat. With Gwen, Kevin and Grandpa Max still at his side, Ben continues to battle alien threats to the galaxy including finding five aliens that were attacked by a villain named Agreggor.

Despite the fact that I watch Ultimate Alien, I feel that the show has gone down hill in visual quality since the first series. Other than that, it is a pretty cool franchise.

I own onethur three on ben 10 if you like the cartoon i hgihly recommed ben 10 live acition moives. My favorite is the first ben 10 -race asaginsttime and the second one is called ben 10 aline swarm. Itgood too.

Ben 10: Alien Swarm WAS GREAT! The casting was spot on, plus the girl who played Gwen was really cute.

OMG a show that starts out with the protagonist as a 10 year old boy fighting crime alongside his grandpa and cousin was too childish.

Do you guys think the Ben 10,000 future is still canon or has it been butterflied away ?

I thought it was great. The animation was spot-on and we got the original voicecast back, aside from Azmuth. The story was pretty good also

I wouldnt mind seeing another movie in this style. It was SO MUCH better than those ****** live-action movies they made.

Also looking forward to the big-budget live-action movie thats on the way, hopefully they dont screw it up.

I know I just made a thread for the cgi movie but I wanted an official thread specifically for the new series and episode discussions.

They showed a preview for the next series "Ben 10: Omniverse" during the commercials of "Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens". It looks interesting. The animation is slightly diff but also looks a little more detailed.

In the preview Kevin and Gwen looked older but Ben was a kid again. Not sure what explanation they will give for this but I'm looking forward to it.

They showed some new aliens along with some slightly redesigned older aliens.

The movie was good. The final battle was like Power Rangers. And like the PR they completely skip over the death of thousands of people. Lol.

I think Ben might be the same age in Omniverse as in Ultimate Alien. They just chose to make him shorter. Im not liking the animation style. It looks kind of cheap.

Through the whole final battle I kept wondering about all the people in those buildings lol

Another small thing, I loved how the made Upgrade look. His black sections were chrome-like.

Yes. They same way Alien Force replaced Ben 10 and Ultimate Alien replaced Alien Force. It's basically the same show, just different subtitles every few seasons

so apparently ben is a year older (16 years old) and goes back in time along with kevin and gwen to help his 10 year old he also has a new sidekick named rook. The art style is quite different compared to what we may be used to, but i'm interested....

I was hoping the movie would have detailed the years between Alien force and Ben 10. I also thought the reveal of Azmuth was lame. But it had one of the best action scenes in the series history.

Yeah, I really wanna know what happened between ben 10 and alien force. Since the new series has 10yo fighting along with 16yo ben, maybe thats what he was doing in between lol

I'm not digging the animation style in this one , but I didn't dig the look of Avengers : Earth's Mightiest , Spectacular Spiderman , and Batman : The Brave and the Bold and enjoyed them a lot.

The didnt consider the live-action movies canon but the villian in one of them showed up later in one of the series.

Hope they showcase the new aliens more than the older series.

The whole premise of Ultimate Alien was that the Ultimatrix could allow Ben to transform into the evolved version of his aliens. Yet after the first few episodes he never used his evolved forms.
