Might have to try to photoshop myself in that one ![]() Jennifer Connelly was actually my first crush, from Labyrinth. Loved her since. She is looking to skinny now though.

^ Gotta totally agree with you WildcatNC about Connelly looking too skinny nowadays. She is still freakin' hot though, but I'd rather have a little more meat on her bones. Maybe Paul Bettany needs to feed her more?
Back on topic, I truly hope that they cast Hayley Atwell as Sharon Carter! I know that it is unlikely and I understand why a lot of you think that it would be cheezy, but I feel that it would be a waste of a great actress and her excellent portrayal of Peggy not to. Also, I think that it would really enhance the lost romance aspect that was left open in CA:TFA.

Well here is my take on that issue, and let me preface by saying I could be wrong, as I have a very active imagination so possibly I'm way off base. Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:

I'm not sure if we'll see Peggy again but damn, I sure want to. I thought Atwell was lovely and they really did a great job with her character. I loved when she decked that one crude soldier (I think it was Hodge). It's good to see that we're finally getting strong female leads in these movies.

I wouldn't be surprised if she did with Marvel having an option on those extra movies. Like they could choose to activate the option if they decide they want to go with a storyline that involves her. Wouldn't be surprise if she had at least a 3 picture one but they might never use her again after this movie.

May I ask where you are from? I've noticed that in England there tends to be a larger proportion of fuller-figured women. I know when I walk around here (Australia), I don't see many women like that. You see a lot of skinny women and a lot of fat women. So a body like Atwell's is seen as a happy medium, a "real" woman.

I loved that scene. I accidentally let out a "Damn!" when she capped that driver in the head.

She's clearly the most badass ingenue in a superhero film to date. I've never seen another one actually kill someone, let alone multiple people.

Given her awesome chemistry with Evans and her ability as an kick ass actress, I'm beginning to wonder if it would have been best to have saved her for Sharon Carter entirely since that's the character that Steve will mainly interact with when compared to his history/connection with Peggy.

I think she should come back if there is a sequel as Peggy's niece (forgot her name in the comics)

Yup. She's an amazing marskman...too bad we'll never see her again. From what I understand future Cap films will be in modern day, with only flash backs to the past. That could change, but I doubt it.

Well Sharon's a badass too, as I understand it. She is a SHIELD agent after all.

Did Amanda Righetti say her character's name at the end? I don't remember.

No, but she did call for a Code 13, which many have taken as a reference to Sharon Carter being Agent 13 of SHIELD.
