That's the spirit. As long as you like it nothing else matters.

I like this show so much it's hard to describe.

The event was awesome and very crowded. I saw both Burt Ward and Adam West signing autographs (along with many others) but it was hard trying to take a photo of them when event staffers are telling everyone to not take photos of them but I managed to take one.

I'm in the team love the show as well. It's fun, and the actors are great. and it's really faithful to the comics.

I couldn't agree more. This was a cool show (and still is). Never really understood why some people hate this show. For instance my wife, who admits she likes the Batman movies, does not like this show. It is what it is. So what if it was a little campy? It was a fantastic show and I salute it!

Basically, those people don't want to acknowledge the fact that Batman wasn't created by Frank Miller and isn't all about dark and gritty. They will say things like "the true core of the character is its darkness" or "the campy batman is not the true batman". They will also speak of its roots, when Batman was created by Finger and Kane. But most of them didn't even read those stories obviously, as a lot of finger's stories were full of campy moments.

Well said

It's easily the most faithful adaption of Batman from the comics to the screen.

It's a pity you couldn't take any photos.

Did you get to meet either of them?

Unfortunately we didn't, autographs was like $40 and photo opps were like $60.
I did see everyone at that con (minus Patrick Stewart). I did see Kevin Conroy, we were waiting in line for his free autograph and free photo opp (what a guy!) but the line was way too long. There was 15 people behind us when the event closed but I did managed to take a photo of him as well. I was like THIS close meeting him.

I went to the Q&A for Conroy, Summer Glau (we didn't wait to lose our seats for..) and Stan Lee.

This has to be one of the best moments from the show.

Yeah, I saw you post that in the Tusi. Not only does the technology of the time make me laugh, with having to 69 the phones, but that he actually had to have a conversation with himself.

Hahah yes, it is solid gold.

Another moment is during a Penguin episode when Bruce is in a telephone booth next to Gordon, talking as Batman by feeding in to the phone at Wayne Manor. They both get out of the box at the same time.

What a great guy Conroy is doing that for free. That is such a rare thing. Considering the massive fan base he has he could have made a tidy profit charging a few bucks for an autograph and photo.

It's the facial expressions that crack me up. When he's talking as Bruce Wayne he softens his face up like he's in awe of himself lol.

Adam West sells his stuff:

VIDEO-CLick to Watch!:

The old show is pure comedy. I watched the film the other day and laughed the entire time. Also loved how Batman conveniently has a molecule separator in the batcave.

I can not even tell you how happy this makes me...

I know a DVD isn't a sure thing yet... but this is definitely a big breakthrough.

Indeed. If it does happen I almost won't believe it. It's been something I've wanted but also something I've put at the back of my mind due to the likelihood. In the meantime I can't wait to see what merchandise they've made.
