I've lucked out and have a small theater that plays one "second run" movie and one old movie. They only stay for about a week at a time. I think the newer movie playing now is Predators, and they recently played BttF, Goonies, Labyrinth, Tremors, etc. All tickets are $3, too. It's magical.

Chapel Hill is pretty much all a college town, so on Franklin St (which is the main strip in town with all the bars, restaurants, UNC-merchandise shops, etc), there was a theater that played mostly indy films, but it went under a year or two back, so when they reopened, they switched to the $3 second run/classic model. They figured there are so many other cinemas all over the area that they had to do something to stand out, and given that college-aged kids haven't been able to see stuff like The Goonies on the big screen, they went that route, and they have been killing it since.
