I think people have finally caught on that Fox execs muck around with films and produce a ****** project and they're probably better off elsewhere. So Fox has to greenlight dreck like this:

Gulliver's Travels 12/22/10
Monte Carlo 2/11/11
Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son 2/18/11
Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules 3/25/11
Rio 4/8/11
Water for Elephants 4/15/11
What's Your Number? 4/29/11
X-Men: First Class 6/3/11
Rise of the Apes (tentative title) 6/24/11
The Sitter 7/15/11
Mr. Popper's Penguins 8/12/11
Alvin and the Chipmunks 3D 12/16/11
We Bought a Zoo 12/23/11

I may see the Apes film on DVD but I don't expect to see a Fox film in theatres for years.

The Guillver's Travels trailer just came out.

And then there is Fox's track record of the past decade.

Outside Avatar, how well did they do this year?

Read the synopses of the films.

yeah Im not sure about this one. the first one was mildly entertaining but I couldnt make it through the second one. I really question sometimes how certain movies get money to be made, I would really like to hear the sales pitch on this one. I think its safe to say martin lawrence career is circling the bottom of the toilet bowl with each passing movie.

Have you even seen the first one? It was actually pretty good. The kid actors weren't annoying, and it's something adults can appreciate too. Fox deserves a lot of flack (such as Big Mommas 3 and other unnecessary sequels/prequels), but if a film is successful -- Fox is usually quick to order a sequel or two.

^Yeah, I liked the first Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Don't know if it needed a sequel, but it can potentially be good.

As for another Big Momma...no thanks. I can't believe Martin is doing that stupid dance AGAIN!!

Two words for Martin Lawrence:

- Tyler Perry. It would do him a lot of good to do a Tyler Perry movie.

I am now convinced Dr. Evil is Tyler Perry.

The only thing I can say about this Big Momma flick is that Jackson does look like he could be related to Lawrence. Haven't seen the other two and will continue that trend with this one.
