Due to the expansion of the 'Newbie of the Year' and 'Banned Poster of the Year' categories, I have decided that those categories will be a 'TOP 4' instead of a 'TOP 3'.

It wouldn't be a TRUE celebration of the decade without an all-encompassing award. 'Hypester of the Decade' has officially been added to the lineup. Any member who has EVER posted on the forum is eligible!
