I'm not sure I'm prepared to call it great, but Tin-Tin was the most pure piece of unadulterated fun Spielberg has made since Temple of Doom. I sat there by myself, second row, empty theater, and cackled my ass off. I loved it.

A Good Old Fashioned Orgy - 10/10
Funniest movie of 2011, and also one of the best.

Fantastic, really amazing movie. Made me sad to think that this is the kind of quality we could have gotten from Indiana Jones 4, but alas. |

Great movie indeed and still my favorite Bond films (Best. Bond Villain. Ever.) Here's hoping that Skyfall take some cues from it (after all I think Mendes or the producers mentioned Goldfinger, another great one, as a point of reference.) And there is a certain physicality, menace and intelligence to Bardem that hopefully could be reminiscent of what the late, great Robert Shaw as Red Grant brought to the table. Fingers crossed.

I could definitely see Bardem being a Grant-like character.
I watched Goldfinger this afternoon and saw The Descendants in the theater. Both were great. |

Contagion and Drive are both excellent movies I've seen in the last week.
