I think Kent's message to Wally is being taken too literally. I think he meant he should be with someone who has a little life with her. I mean, disagreeing about everything is not necessarily a healthy relationship, but neither is with someone who is subservient like Ms Martian, and do you think that's healthy with someone like Wally?

I was behind on two episodes but I finally just watched them.
Infiltrator was good, and I was glad to have some Red Arrow action, but Denial was a little bit better in my opinion. I have to say, this series is turning out to be a lot better than I thought. I'll admit, in the beginning I thought it was going to be another Teen Titans. Which wasn't bad, but sometimes just felt like it wasn't taking the characters serious at all. I like the type of episodes that also focus on each characters relationship and the different ways they interact towards the other teammates. And I'm proud to say, I got 3 of my buddies to start watching the show. They seem hooked now. "Hello Megun" is really starting to drive me nuts.lol

Of course, it might be interesting if it turned out Artemis picks on Wally because it is the easiest way to feel like she belongs - by picking at the established team's weakest link (who the other members, like Robin, sometimes call out too). If Wally was able to back up his bravado, it might get easier for the others to recall that Artemis is an outsider, and may have her own secrets ("Wait, who is she to call out our long time buddy after one mission?", which doesn't occur so long as Wally is still tripping over marbles, nearly drowning in pools or ignoring what is right in front of him for pride). Megan seems to be the type of person who might one day be willing to have a talk to Wally to get him to straighten up and be a better man for his own sake. Artemis just wants him to run off a bridge. ![]() (Interestingly, on "TEEN TITANS", new member Terra actually ATTACHED to that team's weakest link, Beast Boy. It was the cynical, paranoid Raven who didn't trust her, and was ultimately right.) At this point the two are like oil and water. I'm with Megan on this one; Aqualad probably would be more her speed. Of course, the two of them just want their Kryptonian clone man-meat. ![]() It might be funny if Wally turned to Kalder one day and said, "Man, we'd be the studs of this team if not for Captain T-Shirt over there" and Kalder trying his best not to ponder about it.

Poor Wally West. He always seems to get the short end of the stick in animation (but at least he had a decent fight with the evil Johnny Quick in Crisis on 2 Earths).
As for the cliche of opposites becoming couples, well, logically the only way it could ever possibly work, even if only briefly, would be if one of the two "opposites" were to change in some way that allowed them to be truly more compatible with the other person. I'll probably get yelled at for using this example but I'll use it anyway: by the time Star Wars got to Return of the Jedi, Han Solo had clearly mellowed and become less of a ruthless bastard. Yeah, most fans hate that, but it was easier to picture him starting a relationship with Leia at that point than when we first met him. In the case of Wally & Artemis, one of two things would have to happen - 1) Wally has to man up and stop being an incompetent dipstick who may or may not have only gotten his foot in the door by way of nepotism or 2) Artemis becomes, well... stupid. Trust me, there'll be dozens of fan fictions using this idea popping up on Fan Fiction.net soon. Of course, it's unlikely the show's writers would go with #2 so I'm guessing or at least hoping they'll go with #1. Or they could have Wally date a teenaged version of Linda Park (his wife in the comics) and show Artemis being annoyed by it, especially if it's blatantly obvious that Linda's influence makes Wally man up in ways that Artemis's criticisms never could. That might produce at least one funny off to the side interaction - MEGAN: "Are you jealous of Wally dating Linda?" ARTEMIS: "Pfft, no way. I'm just disappointed that girl has such low standards."

Considering that Wally is pretty much the butt monkey of the show, I'd say that's the more likely route.

Does anyone know if eventually they'll address Conner with having telepathic abilities like in the comics?

So does anybody else think Speedy/Red Arrow sounds just like an angrier Christopher Daniel Barnes (the Spider-Man voice actor from the 90s TAS)? I think it's uncanny.

I thought it was him too, and checked the credits at the end of the last episode RA was in, and was surprised it wasn't.

Red Arrow is Crispin Freeman. He does a lot of anime but what I remember him for is Electro from Spectacular Spider-Man and Superman from the Justice League Heroes game.

The Huntsman on ToonZone forums posted that Logan Groves got the role of Garfield Logan AKA Beast Boy AKA Changling on YJ. BB was the comic relief in Teen Titans and guessed starred in the YJ comic series.
Since the character doesn't appear until later in the series, it's possible that BB could be 1 of the 2 additions to the team. I wonder what that could mean for Kid Flash? Though by that point in the series KF could have gotten serious, left the team, or even died. On the other hand BB could be portrayed in a more serious manner. |

I doubt they will be adding another male member before they get a 3rd female member. Maybe his appearance will bring about the Doom Patrol.

Possibly sense people have been speculating that The Brain is part of "The Light."

I thought "Hup... Zatanna's gonna feature in this somewhere along the line" the second I saw that the JL featured Zatarra...

So, how long do you all think it'll be until Aqualad gets a focus episode?
