Only Gundam series I've watched in full is G Gundam. Love that series.

Right now I'm in the beginning (episode 7) of Gundam W and I'm really liking it. I find Relena to be sort of annoying though. "Kill me Heero I love you so much!".

Kampfer episode 1
LOL, What? That series concept is awful, but the episode is hilariously bad

I can't really tell the difference myself, but something about them looks good. Don't know what it is.

Yeah, you'll see a lot of that in Gundam Wing. But the numerous explosions make up for it.

I've been looking into which Gundam series to try next, I've only seen Wing. SEED looks very good from the trailers I've watched so I'll probably give that a go at some point, but i went ahead and bought 00, so just waiting on that being delivered.

Guess I better get used to her Bella Swan antics.

There's one episode where Heero and Zechs are fighting in the arctic, and Relena gets in the way, it's kinda funny.

Heero says "You're in the way, get lost!"

I rewatched Trigun last week. Still holds up as one of my favorites.

Next I need to watch Cowboy Bebop again.

Heero treats her horribly. I don't understand how this chick is so obsessed with the guy. Oh well.

Awesome show. Thoroughly enjoyed that series. Wish we were getting a season 3.

I just noticed it on Netfilx(Canada) and was like "Hmmmmm? What is this?" I had never heard of it before.

I love the soundtrack for this show. Yoko Kanno always delivers the audio goods. haha.

I absolutely adore Yoko Kanno. I fell in love with the Macross Plus soundtrack the first time I heard it.

Ergo Proxy ep 7. Seemed like a somewhat cross between I, Robot and the Matrix at first, but then it went outside the city and it had a major Fallout vibe which I really liked.

She does do some amazing work. There are others as well in anime that our stuff you wish our movies had these days. Gunbuster 2, Gurren Lagann, Durarara....some wonderfully inventive stuff.

taking this from the last tv show you watched thread...

Quote:
Fruits Basket:
-"The Source of Cheer Can Be Affected By Colds Too"
-"Ayame's Secret Life"
-"Sophist Boy Has Captured the Prince"
-"Prince Yuki Fan Club"
-"Is The Rumored Ri That Mother's Daughter?"
-"The Curse of the Cat"
-"True Form"
-"Let's Go Home"

Finished the series, touching, very touching, I loved all the sentimental moments...

...so the last few months, gone through High School of the Dead, Elfen Lied, and now Fruits Basket, and enjoyed all of them...

...any recommendations? I've started FLCL, and can't really get into it...
and since then I've caught the 1st episode(s) of Rosario + Vampire, Noein, Soul Eater...not sure if I'll continue on with any of them, like FLCL, couldn't get into them...

...so nobody in the last tv show thread replied back, any recommendations from anyone here?...I saw them on Netflix (going through recommendations and added a few things) and they've been sitting in my queue but are Blood+, Gunslinger Girl, and Darker Than Black any good...

...I don't know how late I am but, I noticed Bleach, Death Note, Devil May Cry, and some of Naruto (I'm showing S1 & 2 are off with only 3 remaining) was taken off Netflix...argh! I was almost done with DMC, started Bleach a few months back and wanted to continue, same with Death Note, and I watch Naruto because I have a younger cousin who enjoyed it and they got me hooked...again...ARGH!

Hayore! Nayaruko-san! - very funny series (loosely based upon Lovecraft)

Saikano - great series, but VERY sad and depressing. (not sadder than Clannad: After Story)

Sankarea - romantic comedy involving a high school boy who loves everything zombies. Then he meets a cute rich girl who hates her life and wants just be normal... It's quite original and funny actually.

Ergo Proxy ep 15. Why in holy hell did they think this was worth including!? The series comes to a complete halt while Vincent takes part in a quiz show answering menial questions for the full half hour. Utterly pointless and it completely took me out of the narrative.

Believe it or not, several of those questions and answers hold relevance later. Proxy does however, have a few episodes whose only purpose seems to be to mess with the audiences' heads. Still an enjoyable show, I think.

Just finished Fate/Zero. Amazing anime that I can not recommend highly enough. Now I really want ufotable to create a series for all three arcs in the visual novels.
