Yeah, it all happened so fast it barely registered with me. There was all this crazy hype, absolutely crazy ........... I was on magazine covers, I was at parties, I was at film premieres, people I had admired for years were shaking MY hand ... can you believe that! .................. then Man Of Steel finally came out, and the critics ripped us a new one ........ "All style, no substance" they said ........ next thing I know, my contract is binned .... sequel is cancelled ....................... WB are rebooting the whole franchise and have hired Nicholas Cage for Superman again. Apparently people watch his films no matter how bad they are ..... have you seen Ghost Rider? So .... um, yeah ... I tend to keep a low profile these days. Me and Brandon hang out down here at the shelter a lot, shoot a little pool, talk about the old days. Tom Welling actually called in the other day for some soup, nice guy ............ bigger than I expected.......... he's doing good though, says Steve Martin is gonna call him any day now. I thought I saw Dean Cain down here once too but I wasn't sure ...... he tends to blank us. Has a bit of a chip on his shoulder about the crappy suit WB gave him back in the day, calls it 'preferential treatment' ...... reckons he's seen better Halloween versions ........ meh. Like it matters! They spent $250,000 on MY suit and I'm still riding the welfare train!
