but ultimately she's not a very good actress. Hate to use this comparison, but jolie was kinda seen that way at one point, and she broke out of it.

If she wants to break out of it I think she needs to do more roles where she's not ''that really hot girl''.

I'd call her watchible, which is not really high praise. Katie Holmes, in my opinion, is a worse actress.

But in the same token who's hiring actresses for good roles these days? If your not Anne Hathaway, Ellen Page, or Zooey Deschanel you can pretty much expect the roles going to Angelina Jolie.

And I'm sick of everyone complaining like Fox is somehow unbearable to watch in a movie or all her talents are in her face and body. The girl has pretty impressive comedic timing and that's a feet to find with such and attractive woman. She's no Meryl Streep but she's never fronted to be either. She has said she needs to improve and she will but no one's really giving her a chance to do so.

I haven't actually been floored by her acting ability. Maybe she should be more careful about the roles she takes or do some sort of independent movie.

That's a good point, all the good roles are going to certain people. She needs to prove that she can do more than be that hot girl but someone has to give her that chance.

If she wants to get some cred she needs to go hit some indie films and get some complex roles and do it well. Many would be glad to have her name to sell the movie. It would be less money in the short term, but if she could ever show she could really act then it would mean more money in the long term.

Sundance type flicks are one of the best places to build your acting chops and credibility.

Is she getting her Marilyn Monroe tattoo removed or something? It looks like it's fading.

It possible. Don't you need to go back to the tattooist to re-ink it?

the sun and the elements can make a tattoo fade very much

Tattoos can fade somewhat if exposed to a lot of sun, but it looks like Megan's Monroe tat is covered in makeup or in the process of being removed.

Indies aren't always well recieved. Passion Play is considered an indie.

However you are right she needs to find more complex roles. I think a really dark comedy would suit her well.
