Early reviews says the Wii is the weaker installment. The Wii version is only "dance like MJ" whereas the upcoming PS3 and Xbox360 verisons are "dance and sing" both.

I'd be fine with it if most kids displayed the ability to speak correctly. Kids I know don't know things that I mastered in 5th grade... And we were in the same classes back then. It sort of scares me.

If I were to show you a sample of my 11-year-old son's handwriting and my 17-year-old stepson's handwriting and asked you who wrote which, I promise you you'd get it wrong.

Well FYI, if it wasn't for those "disloyal, unsupportive, fair-weather press whores", Michael wouldn't be "The King Of Pop"!!!!!! Now wouldn't he??? You're so ungreatful!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael wouldn't appreciate you calling any of his family members press whores. He may've had issues with them, but guarantee if he heard you call them press whores he'd stick up for them and put you in your place. |

Not all of them, no. Certainly not Katherine or Janet. But first off, you have to admit you've heard WAY more out of them since he passed than ever before. They seem to have something to say every 5 minutes. All this outrage that they display over Oprah & the new single, Joe claiming it wasn't really Michael in "This Is It"-where was this outrage when he was getting raked over the coals, huh? Where was their support when La Toya turned on him, when the press was making him out to be a nut, when Jermaine-HIS OWN BROTHER-recorded a song blasting him? Please! If it was my brother taking that kind of heat, I would be doing everything I could to set the record straight. And I sure as hell wouldn't be contributing to it. So yes, I call them press whores. At least Janet's been consistent. Making movies & making her own music is what she was doing 10 years ago, so I'd expect her to be doing it now. She seems like a hurt loved one trying to move past her pain. The rest of them seem like they're grabbing the spotlight at their dead brother's expense.
And JabarR-get it right. They didn't put Michael on the map. It was the other way around. Otherwise, ALL of their names would be on the "Thriller" cover and not just his.

Katherine, Rebbie, and Janet have always stood behind Michael and never wanted all of the press.
I think the game looks pretty cool.

I will note that the only names you've listed are the ones that I agree with.

Thats whats it was ment, Michael Jackson: The Experience is coming to the Xbox 360 for Kinect in early 2011, most likely mid January to early February, it looks pretty impressive from what ive seen, you can control when the song starts to when the lights turn on, its really hands on, the best version of the game by far as the Wii and Move and really only the controllers dancing.

^IGN, Gamespot, and MJ's website say it's being released March 1st. I bought the Wii version (came with the glove!) but I haven't had a chance to play it yet. The Kinect version looks pretty cool though. They had a "Beat It" demo on youtube and it looks really cool. I heard that Kinect has kind of a delayed reaction in terms of movement so I hope it all works out.
Here's a link of the Kinect gameply: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JaxczqNZEM And here's a great article about the "One More Chance" video: http://www.sawfnews.com/Entertainment/65829.aspx Talks about MJ's plans to rebrand himself with a clothing line, making Neverland a resort, and having an interactive website. "One More Chance" was his last music video and he was now going to venture into filmmaking.

It breaks my heart to read that article. If his Music Videos are any indication I think Michael would have done great work in film.

You need to get your facts straight! Michael wouldn't have become the King Of Pop if it wasn't for the Jackson 5! You can't believe everything you hear and read, you need to brush up on your Jackson history and stop singling out the family for Michael. That's just plain stupid and rude! And those who do like the family, just come and post here: http://forums.superherohype.com/showthread.php?t=344259 |

The J5 would have been nowhere near as popular without Michael. Do you think they would have been picked up by Motown if not for his amazing performance at age 6? he was always the most talented of the family. The Jacksons wouldn't be icons without Michael. They maybe would have been picked up by a lesser label and eventually even fizzled out. As a whole and individually they were great and my favorite group of all time, but the greatest contributor to their popularity was Michael's golden voice and charismatic nature. It was great when Jermaine started to sing more lead again, but Michael was the one. Period.
