August 2016 actually sounds believable to me, since GOTG is coming out next year in August.

GotG is only coming out in August so that they can get that sucker out on home media platforms before they start releasing Avengers 2 trailers. It'd probably be a November release under different circumstances.

November is believable since TDW is also coming out in that month,. But I don't think that GOTG would have come out in November, because Marvel/Disney's Big Hero 6 is releasing that month.

It was taken from some Spain site or something, who is normally seemingly up to date with movie release dates in Spain. And Disney does have an unannounced movie slated for November 2014. Also, Big Hero 6 and the release date could have already been planned behind the scenes before GOTG was scheduled and even announced.
