It's kinda weird that the same scene where Charles and Erik first meet (or so it seems since I don't know any russian) is the same scene where Charles tells Erik that killing will not bring him peace, guess they hit it off pretty quickly.

They're two different scenes. Xavier is talking to Moira and then it cuts to the chess scene.

I didn't notice that he was talking to Moira, but I meant that they are wearing the same clothes, so it happened rather quickly, but now that you mention that they are meeting Moira (which means they know each other before this housewarming party), well that makes more sense, thanks.

I don't know if I want that person to be (although clearly is) Kevin Bacon. It would be fun in the way that Erik's sole purpose is to kill Sebastian Shaw, and that Sebastian Shaw just uses his mutant abilities to disguise himself and mask his accent after WWII (like a superpowered Hans Landa), but something wouldn't feel right for me if that was the case, can't put my finger on it, still, can't wait to see this movie.
