No he can't, he can just manipulate molecules and perceive time in a weird, spooky way. Galactus can manipulate reality, molecules... pretty much anything he wants. And blow up entire solar systems if he's really angry.
I don't think Galactus can destroy Dr M though. Maybe he can just eat him. |
