Here we go again. Can we just now admit that the Tea Party is more like its own separate fringe-third party that is in a European-style coalition with the Republicans? Because it seems they push us towards a shutdown, default, downgrade, [insert bad-for-economy-manufactured-crisis] every other month.

On the bright side, Boehner may either have to increase disaster relief or find something else to cut than the very political (and stupid) cuts to incentives for fuel efficient cars. Or we'll shutdown. It seems House leadership has danced enough with that disaster that it's time to consummate the relationship, if you know what I mean.

You're damn right, especially considering they're all independently wealthy. But who gets screwed? Government employees trying to pay their mortgages. People are always blaming Wall Street these days, but who regulates Wall Street? People should have occupied Washington, D.C.
