Default Glasgow Location Idea

With the recent news TDKR will be filming in Scotland, Glasgow specifically, it reminded me of an idea I had when I was last in Glasgow earlier in the year. I saw the Glasgow Royal Infirmary and thought it would make a perfect Arkham Asylum. What do you think?

Would be awesome, but I doubt it will happen. Sadly, if the first 2 films have taught us anything, its that Nolan doesnt take advantage of the awesome Gothic architecture around him in the cities he's shooting in.

Dude, I live in Glasgow and I've thought that would be an awesome Arkham for years.

So much potential in Glasgow for Gotham. Let's hope Nolan takes advantage.

That is a gorgeous building. I'd love to see more of Arkham Asylum in the Nolan films.

That'd be a sweet Arkham Asylum, if they bring it into the story it'll probably include a couple scenes.. hoping one includes where Bane breaks down a wall and a group of villains (Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Joker, Scarecrow, Ivy and Mr. Zsasz.. etc) escape.

Arkham Asylum already has a building.

The building in Begins wasn't destroyed.

It wouldn't make any sense to move.

Relocate to a less-dangerous area?

The entire Narrows is now completely insane. You can't get any less dangerous for insane people than more insane people.

And since the Narrows is cut off from the rest of the city by a a bridge and water, still safer for the rest of Gotham if they were all just kept there.

Well, bear in mind that Wayne Tower changed completely from BB to TDK.

Unless we were to believe that they had two corporate buildings in Gotham.

Does anyone have a pic showing the two different Wayne towers?

I don't think those are the same building. The surrounding buildings don't match.

But if it is, good catch. Never noticed that before.

Ive been there and nah, the Dark knight Wayne Tower is nearer to the river. Trump Tower is right next to it now.

I highly doubt they'll change locations for AA. The set used for BB is still there, I believe.
