I think Batman wins because he relies on skills, strategy, & not just on brute force like the Creeper does. Batman also has sophisticated weaponry & all he has to do is outlast him for 1 night. So, The Dark Knight FTW!!!

Batman has a utility belt with weopons.

The Creeper can regenerate new body parts and has sharp knives.

In order for Batman to win,the cycle of The Creeper must be near an end.

And The Creeper preys on fear just like Batman does. It wouldn't target him so it wouldn't be giving Batman all it's attention.

That...doesn't really answer my question. Wouldn't one mega "Batman vs." thread suffice? You don't need poles to appreciate the conversation plus it would limit the flooding that comes from having a dozen different threads to discuss what is basically exactly the same thing, "would Batman kick ass or not?"

I think individual threads are better,because each battle is different and the conversations would get confusing.

I don't think the threads should be merged. Some of the individual threads themselves have a ton of replies. All that conversation mixed into one massive thread would be a waste of time for everyone and would get extremely confusing. I think they're okay by themselves. But I do agree that it's a little strange that everyone's so fascinated by imagining pitting Bats against everyone else they can think of. XD

I think he'd be okay. He obviously wouldn't be able to kill the creeper, but he'd be able to survive at least. Unless he decided to get heroic and really stop him from killing other people. Then he might die. I'm not sure on this one, I'll have to think a while before I vote in the poll... o.O

It does, actually. You know, if you were paying attention. Maybe she should have quoted something? Would that have helped? I mean, I'm just saying. Not to be rude or anything. Perhaps this conversation should be put into a different thread. After all, it is completely off topic. And that's what new threads are for, right? So different topics can be discussed without the confusion of other topics being talked about at the same time? That's what I was led to believe, anyways. But maybe you're right, I've only been a member here for a few days. You probably know the ropes here better than I do.

But stating "because each battle is different" isn't a legitimate argument that proves individual flooding threads are better than one localized thread.

But all of these "Batman vs" threads aren't different topics, they're the same exact topic! Would Batman win against X? It's like this: Group 1 talks about A vs. B while 3 rooms over Group 2 talks about A vs. C and down the hall Group 3 talks about A vs. D. All of these people are talking about A vs. another thing, the same topic. Would it not make more sense to bring all of these groups into the same room with a sign on the door saying "A vs. ___ Room" thus bringing these people together for the same reason instead of dividing them and taking up other rooms that could be used for other things?

Each different "battle" has different conversation about it, because there are many different things to consider for each individual player. If you tried to put all of that together nobody would be able to keep up with the conversations and all of them would go dead. And what does that accomplish? This is supposed to be a fun website for fans to discuss and hypothesize together. No reason to ruin the fun, right?
