It wouldn't be very dramatic if Mike & Rachel were in a happy relationship all of a sudden, so they have to create angst & tension between them. Maybe Rachel will find out about Mike later in the season, maybe they will get together before the season ends.

Well that was a very short-lived relationship between Mike and Rachel. Why exactly did he have to break up with her though? He could've just not told her and kept the relationship.
Why is Louis talking about others being a douchebag? He himself is the very epitome of the term. I can't think of a more douchey actor who is the same in every single role he plays. It's like the pot calling the kettle black (but better not let Jessica hear that ).

mike broke it off because he didnt want to lie to her. if she found out later it would ruin the relationship anyway.

Mike making racially awkward comments to Jessica seems to be his new thing.
![]() Another fantastic episode, the game of office politics and inter-firm chess is intriguing and these characters are just so watchable, I mean as good as Mike and Harvey are they don't carry the show. Loved the scene between Mike and the ever awesome Donna, where she told him just how far Harvey had gone to save his job. The way Donna talked about how Rachel and him can get past it and still work together makes me wonder if there was something between her and Harvey back when he worked for the DA. On a side note Rachel was looking finer than ever. What was Mike thinking when he didn't get in that taxi with her.

sometimes it just seems like mike is ungrateful to Harvey. Sometimes its just like...he would give up so much just to keep mike and mike learns it and still is,"yeah, dont like people telling me what to do" when he should just say thanks and forget about it.

Solid episode tonight! The tension between Harvey and Daniel is intense! But Hartman always seems to have a calm demeanor through it all. Loved how they were trying to one up each other. Margo "Mags Bennett" Martindale guest starred and was awesome. There was a nice quiet moment between Harvey and Luis. Rick Hoffman is so good at selling the moments were you sympathize with him. What happens after is so hilarious! Typical Luis! Mike was close to telling Rachel his secret but he stopped himself. Rachel jumped in the fray and took the LSATS. Nice to see that subplot from last season progressed here for character development. That scumbag Tanner is back in a BIG way when the show returns in two weeks. It's about to get ugly.

But Rachel has known Mike's secret since Season One. She is the one who created the false Harvard Law degrees to help cover his butt. I think the writers need to go back and rewatch the first season and refresh their memories.

I think YOU need to go back and rewatch season one. Rachel knows that Mike helped people cheat on the LSAT. She doesn't know that he did not attend Harvard. A client's hacker daughter created a fake degree for Mike, not Rachel. Anyway, I am loving the progression of the Hardman story. I am having a genuinely hard time deciding whether he is a scum bag or has truly changed. I'm sad we'll have to wait two weeks for a new episode.

I was hoping the Harriet Spector and Michelle Ross would have Donna and Rachel act more like them.
Also, their YouTube channel posted a video that shows Louis come up with these awesome catch phrase with his recorder. Can't be posted here due to language, but it's worth checking out. |

Loved this episode, great character development for Rachel and Luis and so many great scenes.
Harvey vs Mags Bennett was great and I love the way Hardman is such a difficult character to read, but feels a real threat to Harvey. The Donna and Rachel friendship is fun! "Harriet Spector and Michelle Ross" ![]() Mike's gran is a hoot, I think we'll be seeing her more across the season. The scene with Harvey and Luis reminiscing over their days as jr's was gold, and then we were treated to some classic Luis! ![]() The chemistry between Mike and Rachel is strong, not something a TV show can just create, both their scenes together this week felt very real.

Everyone's said everything I could say about the last episode. Just smooth.
Rachel showing at Mike's apartment caught me off guard. I had expected their romance plot to take a break for a moment.

So I'm guessing Jenny at best is gonna making cameo appearances whenever Mike and her reconcile. Which is a shame I really liked her. But I don't see how she can be worked into the main plot that much.

Good episode this week. It showed a different side to Louis as well, where he wasn't just being the typical douchebag, and there was some element of camraderie between him and Harvey when reminicising about their early days with the firm. I hope they develop his character more so that he isn't just a cardboard cutout.
Hardman is a slippery character and difficult to tell where he's really coming from. I wasn't too sure what to conclude at the end when Rachel seemed to be somewhat more at peace with things when Donna asked her if she had a date but she was really going to sit the LSAT exams, and then she seemed to have a look of determination about her while in that room. It seemed to follow on from her conversation with Mike where he shared that he couldn't reveal his secret. And why is Mike telling his Aunt May that he needs to find someone to date so soon after his breakup with Rachel? Won't that give Rachel the wrong impression that it wasn't about any secret if something comes of one of these dates? She'll think he was just making excuses not to be with her.

You know screw The Spirit, I'd like to see Gabriel Macht play Batman. He could definitely play Bruce Wayne. But damn, he's 40.
So who is smoother? Don Draper or Harvey Specter?

That chemistry is going to make it hard for them not to keep it at the forefront.

But no one really saw it so no one would really notice him playing Batman. His age is really the only detraction. Because of the next Batman's gonna have its own franchise and JL franchise, you're gonna need someone younger.
