Really like the musical cue when the chamber opens up to reveals Steve's transformation. Quite heroic.
But anyone else think in the fight scene with Hydra, the way the do somersaults after getting hit is a little much? I get it's to show that Cap has more strength than an average guy, but the flipping kind of overdoes. Love what he does with the shield though. Evans has really impressed me in all the clips so far. He definitely took the role seriously and isn't playing it like his other sarcastic roles. |

I think that the first post by Ken on the mainpage's comments about the new clips said it perfect:
"I'm more optimistic about this film than I want to be." This movie could be epic and still will be hard to meet my high hopes for it! The clips that I've watched so far have instilled such a confidence that it will be spectacular, it's got some big shoes to fill! (I haven't seen the new ones though to avoid any more spoilers)

I've watched every clip. Not even attempting to stay away, because I know I can't. And the only clip that really shouldn't be watched for surprise is the one where Steve becomes Captain America.
Everything about Cap's birth just looks classic.

What has me hyped most is how much respect is being shown for the character.
I get a real authentic vibe for this film. |

Could someone post all the clips in one post? I have only seen a couple and can't find the rest.

I'm watching every clip because I want to get aq feel whether the film will be good or not, these clips really aren't ruining anything for me personally
I'm the rare breed of person who can be ruined to death and still see something and enjoy it. lol

I haven't decided if it's going to be 3D for me or not. Hmmm...

I'm not going to see it in 3D at all.
For Thor, the only bits that made the 3D worth it were the Asgard aerial shots. Cap already looks like a beautifully shot film, and it was shot in 2D so that's how i'm going to see it.

I hate to burst your bubble, but I was already aware that there is going to be more action in the movie. I wasn't born today.

I just hope it isn't like Thor, where it was incredibly difficult to find the 2D only screenings of the film.

Man, I bet it was awkward for Chris to show up on Letterman, just to do the Top-Ten.
Sadly, it wasnt too funny. The Zookeeper one was the only funny one. I had a better time watching them play beer pong. |

I got the 3D tickets for cap...only ones available at the midnight. I imagine the shield throws will look great in 3D

Anyone else watch this 30-minute interview with Chris on MTV? Pretty interesting.

The costume discussion was interesting. He gave the pros and cons of both this movie's suit and the Avengers suit. He also went more in depth as to the process of being hired.
