I think that battle looked terrible. Looked incredibly fake in some shots. His flying alone was good but not the Aerial battle, imo.

Everybody always think that there is going to be some big surprise with Superman at comic con. There literally never is.

Yes? Every time Comic Con rolls around. Oh, Jeff Robinov's hair dresser is going to be there so that means they are showing Superman Footage.

Watch. Now that I've said that, there will be a secret presentation. Cavill flies in from the rafters with a dvd and puts in and flies away.

Snyders teaser will eat all these new teasers alive when it premieres this winter.

And now that you've said that Michael Shannon will run on stage and steal the DVD.

I'm thinking it will be attached to Sherlock Holmes 2.

Anybody see the (crappy bootlegged) teaser to The Amazing Spider-man?

That last POV-sequence will surely kick ass in 3D. Pretty smart move for the teaser.

I wonder if they will play on the 3D-aspect like that with MOS, that IF it's in 3D.

It made me feel a little nauseous, but there were some cool shots in that sequence. What bothered me about the teaser was it didn't feel different/fresh enough for me to not see it at as a rehash of the first movie's origin. I think its a big risk to reboot a franchise so quickly, but I guess we'll see how audiences take to it.

I get that Sony needs to keep churning out Spider-Man movies or the rights will revert away from them, but going for an origin so soon isn't the way to go. If Spider-Man 1 was a flop that not many people saw, I could possibly see wanting to re-visit it and do it justice. But Spider-Man 1 was really well received, and was a film that re-ushered in the era of mega-blockbuster Superhero movies...everyone saw it! I don't see how an audience can watch the Amazing Spider-Man teaser and get excited, when they've got the excellent Spider-Man 1 playing on loop, on TNT.

The thing about Avengers and Batman is that the General audience really don't have a clue about the plot details. The down side for spidey is that we all know the plot details going in. Even the villain beats. I hope they can still pump some original ideas into it's plot. The web shooters are nothing but win though.

The one thing that's for sure is that Snyder's trailers are better than most.

Does anyone now when filming is going to start? I haven't kept up with updates, just jumped back on today, and it seems to still be in pre-production. Am I wrong?

David Fincher's trailers are the best.

I have a feeling Superman might be an IMAX thing like TDKR. IMAX is better to me anyways.

I thought Snyder was gonna shoot 3D with film cameras.

A full cast reveal and shot of the suit would be a fanboy dream for cc.
