I don't ever recall an actual photo of that scene tho Cherokee. If you look at the scene where Zola is going to the Skulls car and Grabs some papers off a Table, THAT is where the Blueprints are

I think they insisted that Tony Stark took some inspiration from the HYDRA troop designs for his Mark I armor.

The flame throwers and the square eye holes.

This is probably due to Howard flaunting lots of Cap stuff to him in his childhood.
