Thor 2 Villains? - Page 4

Well, in an interview somewhere Tom Hiddleston had mentioned something about Loki and Thor working together to stop something for once, so I think the natural choice for a villain should be Mega Ultra Chicken...I mean Surtur.

They should throw Odin into the mix as well if it's Surtur.

Hahahaha, Loki's "for myself" line is hilarious.

I'd rather see Odin intervene and began fighting Surtur one on one rather than all three of them fighting him, they're suppose to be equals after all.

It would be neat if Loki and Thor fight Surtur together but find that they are vastly over matched. That's when Odin can step in and start kicking a$$ because in Thor we don't see much of that.

Yeah that one panel should be made into a mini statue or model diorama lol

Yeah, we really don't. Odin does like two things and then he zonks out into the Odinsleep. It'd be nice to see him flex his magic muscles more in the sequel.

That would be very nice, I'm ready to see alot more of Odin's awesome energy projection abilities on the big screen.

I'd love to see Balder. I really hope they go ahead and cast him for the second film. Maybe explain his absence from the first film by saying he was held captive by whatever villain they're using.

Hmmm...from a non-comicfan point of view Balder seems like a Thor-lite type character. I don't know if I, a casual movie goer could swallow a character who seems like a watered down version of Thor.

I haven't picked whom I want to see as a villian in Thor2 cause I am not quite familiar with the villians and the comics yet. I have at least one graphic novel "Thor" by J. Micheal Straczyynski, Oliver Coipel and Marko Djurojevic. I am waiting on volume 1 and 3.

Thor's best friend is a watered-down version of Thor? I've never gotten that impression.

I voted for Loki's return but that doesn't really count since he'll be in Thor2. I also voted for Enchantress and Executioner and Surtur.

Ulik would be cool. Kurse has a little too much backstory, unless they want him to just be a generic Asgardian monster guy.

They could go that route with him. It would be almost impossible to introduce elements of SW II in his origin.

Since Laufy is dead, do you think we'll see the frost giants in the sequel?? After all, with their king dead, someone is gonna pick up the pieces and sooner or later, Asgard will find that they are at war with the frost giants.

Personally, I'd think that it'd be best to move on from the Frost Giants and use the time to introduce more creatures and inhabitants of the Nine Realms into the sequel.
