Personally I think Sif would make a great addition to Fearless Defenders. Who better to help Val with hosting Annabella and to deal with her "rage"

Now we are down to two and chances are they are going to ruin young Loki soon enough. And sooner rather then later, they will mess with God of Thunder because it must be apart of a major crossover.

I've been really enjoying Uncanny and All-New X-Men and they cross over with each other. It is true that the self-contained books tend to do better (the all-female X-Men series is really good). Gorr the god butcher could make an interesting movie villain.

Thor's reaction! Jane slaps Loki so hard not only is he moved but the sheer speed makes Sif's hair blow!

That was cool, Loki's reaction was hilarious. Also, I think Sif hair was the find.

I don't think I'm the only one to have noticed this, but the shot of Thor and Jane above definitely reminded me of the shot of Tony and Pepper; mainly because of the romantic theme and the somewhat obvious CGI looking background surrounding them.lol

Though I do wonder, what if this film did end with Thor leaving Asgard for good (from his point of view) and starting a life with Jane on earth while learning to become established as a prominent hero on Earth, especially since Iron man is on sabbatical, Hulk is a loner, and Captain America is busy with terrorists.

It would be nice to end things different than to end every Thor film with him being on Asgard.

Yep, and I am sure it will end this way. It will give some nice opportunities:
1. Easy enter Avengers 2 for him.
2. Logical ending to this relationships as "we tried it didn't work" if Portman is done with the franchise (she only have 2 movies contract).

I think Portman actually has three films under contract to do.

Two for sure-third is up to negotiations but I doubt she will stay. Hell, I am not even sure there will be third installment in this franchise...

There will be at least 3 Thor films. Probably many more.

So I'm just going to take a hunch and say that after not having seen each other for two years, that these two finally take out their "frustrations" out on each other when they come to Asgard together.lol

Thor doesn't look like he is in a good mood in that photo.

Yeah, it does look like Thor and Jane might get some "personal time" together at last.

Agreed. I think this is pre his return to Midgard. And, not to stir up a old debate, but I never got the popular desire to see Jane killed off. Her character could have been developed a little more, and the three day love affair is a little hokey...but come on, she's not that horrible.

Jane is smart obviously, she's very passionate about her work, cared enough about the maybe-deranged guy who she just witnessed totally lose it in the rain to arrange some sort of rescue effort, and got upset when it looked like her life's work would never get to be shared with anyone else.

Seems pretty three dimensional to me.

I wish she had been a little less giggly at times, but I fall in the camp that thinks she's a lady who isn't used to such attention from guys who look like Thor. The one year search effort for him also kinda makes sense to me, this guy just validated her entire life's work AND sacrificed himself to save her and her friends, so yeah, I would want to see him again too.

I just don't agree with the notion that Jane is as poisonous to the movies as some would suggest. It would be a different movie without her, and maybe not a necessarily better one.

Hot Yes, but so is Portman.
Will she put more butts in the Theatre seats than Portman ? No....
My guess is Natalie will sign on for Thor 3, to much money and fan base to walk away from...
Oscars are great but in the end its the blockbuster movies that are overlooked most of the time by the Academy that provide you your money.
Portman understands this and will make the correct business decision for her family.

I got to say, as someone who never read the comics and actually never even heard of Thor outside of the original mythology before the movie (that's actually what I thought the movie was about XD) I prefer Jane to Sif. Sif didn't get much character development on screen and while what I saw was awesome, I liked Jane so much better. I definitely don't want her to die or for them to break up. The reason I'm so excited to see this movie, the reason Thor is my favorite of the Avengers in the MCU is just because of the romance with him and Jane. (Yes, I am a hopeless romantic, why do you ask?)

It kind of looks to me like she's punching him just by the way she moved when she did it. Ooh! Do you think Odin may have given her godhood so she could prove herself like in the comics and that's why Loki is like
