I doubt this is coming up anytime soon. Especially given the response to DC's Jonah Hex.. But eventually-- Marvel could pursue some of its Western/Cowboy concepts for films, or television. They could be lower-budgeted, especially if they choose not to deal with blatant fantasy elements like Cowboys & Aliens.. could be interesting.. Some of the Western characters include:
Two-gun kid; Phantom Rider; Kid Colt & Arizona girl; Rawhide Kid; Red Wolf; Outlaw kid; Reno Jones & Kid Cassidy (The Gunhawks); Apache kid; Black Mask/Black Rider; Matt Slade; Tex Dawson, gunslinger.. |

Ghost Rider felt like a Western Movie to me, well just a little.

![]() I like the idea that he's not really a ghost, but is just masquerading as one. Also, Ghost Rider in the comics does hang out in a lot of western locations so it's not surprising the movie felt like one. At least they got that aspect right. |

Westerns are interesting but I'ld rather see Marvel try and tackle Eastern cinema like Iron Fist.
