So how many odd jobs does he have before becoming a freelance reporter?
This could turn into a really long origin. Is Africa just a fanboy-dream now?

I seriously hope there's a great point in him being all over the place, especially if it's just in America.

^^^

I always got the impression that they replaced the Africa origin with Alaska, hence the code name "Autumn Frost". From all the info gained on the shooting schedule, in and around Vancouver is it, done deal after that, then they head to the studio to finish up the green screen. They are sposed to film on the Ocean, but no word of where or when, or what Ocean, or even if it's just one of the Great Lakes they will use as an Ocean?

Up in the air from here.

Yeah, it occured to me too that Alaska might be the update of the African setting and his point of origin, so to speak.

I would've prefered Africa or some other non-american backdrop for Clark to see the bigger picture.

But let's see where it goes...

I would love to see the part in Birthright where Clark's flying with the zebras and birds amidst the landscape of Africa. That was amazingly breathtaking.

I was looking forward to that too. What's the equivalent of that in Alaska? Bears and mooses?

Do you know much about Polar bears? Apparently they are the fiercest killers of the animal kingdom.

But can you imagine Clark and Lois getting lost in the wilderness of Alaska, then out of no-where a Polar Bear attacks Lois! Clark shoots in in one of the most epic man vs Bear battles ever! LOL

After Clark kicks the Bears ass with just one hand Lois realizes that Clark is Superman Hahahaha Thats an awesome way for Lois to find out, better then her finding out by him sticking his hand in a fire for half a sec! lol

I'd prefer a scene where Superman tames a Polar Bear to be his pet in the Fortress to him killing a bear...

I mean, I know he's not a veggie but I still don't see Superman with bear blood on his hands.

Nice to see he's hitting the weights. I wonder if he's still trina get bigger (5000 caleries a day bigger), or if he's just trina keep the muscle.

Is it just me, or does he look really exhausted in this pic? I mean, he just looks like he hasn't slept in a while.

Does Superman have some kind of empathy power with animals now? Didn't he play with jungle animals like they were kittens in Birthright?

Why would Clark need to kill a polar bear? That would be incredibly stupid.

Oh yeahh....

I mean, they have Krypton's backstory to cover, not to mention, they still have to show on how Superman is integrated into society by debuting as a hero and doing heroic acts before ultimately coming into conflict with Zod.

The entire movie will be origin it appears. I have no problem with that. It's the beginning of a franchise.
