I agree. It's definitely cool, but I think what we got in the overall design worked better in the context of the film. I can't imagine them using the same military weapon angle for the goblin with that mask.

If you remember, in the film, the Glider's flightsuit didn't have a helmet at all when we first see it being tested (before Norman takes the serum), so Norman could just add the Green Goblin mask.

Well, he sounds like he's 12. So far the worst SPidey voices are the guy who vocied ihm in WoS as well as the kid in USM, IMO.

That's one of the reasons I've never had a problem with the GG's movie design.

I didn't even like the flight suit, haha. I liked the glider and the pumpkin bombs, but I wasn't a fan of the suit or mask.

The suit was fine (all it really would need is purple gloves and boots to go with a purple cap), but I would have liked to see a more lifelike Green Goblin mask with the purple cap of the comics.

A CAP would look okay on a re-done helmet. But a robotic suit just sounds iffy to me. Green Goblin needs less of a robotic look and more latex.

Wow, I just found the screen used GG spear form S-M1 on Ebay. So expensive.

As someone who doesn't like the mediocre Goblin suit in the actual film, I think that prosthetic mask test is terrific, but a little hokey.

Anybody remember the idea for a female Goblin as well? Raimi absoloutely hated the idea.

Yup. It was mentioned in the making of Spider-Man (2002) book. It said that Raimi despised the idea, lol, if I remember correctly.
the Female Goblin(s) was to be sort of like henchmen of the Green Goblin.

It was a really bad idea and I can see why Sam thought it was horrible.

I remember that. There was also another bad idea for Goblin to have wings.

Indeed. They were all ideas that were thrown in the trash quickly, tbh.
