Cant wait to watch Liam kill some foriegners. It is a bit odd though that the sequel would be centered around some random bad guys families seeking revenge instead of the rich evil guy at the end on the yacht or the creepy dude with the big home.

That might make it more interesting. Liam is motivated by his love for his daughter, whereas the guys after him this time are also similarly motivated, by revenge over the (rightful) killing of their sons.

Imo Liam Neeson was the reason Taken worked because unlike all the other action stars hes a legit actor the plot from Taken is not much different than Commando.

I liked the first one, but I can only suspend my disbelief so much. What, she gets taken again? Maybe it'll surprise me and be clever, but on the surface it seems making a sequel to this makes as much sense as making Speed 2.

i was hoping they would be alittle more creative with the trailer for the second one..

the first movie had a very iconic trailer.. i know its hard to do something as engaging, but they didnt even try with this one, just another Transporter type trailer.

still cool and still sold though lol
