How has Man of Steel been going? Everyone wants to know what your Lois Lane is going to be like.
I am a huge movie fan, so I've been living out some major childhood fantasies between the Muppets and Superman, trust me. Next thing you know, I'm gonna be Scarlett O'Hara, and it's just going to be a trifecta of fantasy. [Laughs.] And then they'll do a stage musical of Twilight, and I'll get to play Bella. Just kidding!

What sucks is that given the secrecy behind the project, we probably won't get any sufficient information from the cast members until mid to late 2012 due to its 2013 release date.

In any case; question:

Do you guys think that it'd be redundant for MOS to follow the tradition of having some type of romantic-vibe night flight scene between Lois and Superman like past films (and tv shows) have done as of late?

Or should MOS forgo that route as well?

I hope the romantic flight is one thing that they leave out. We've had it twice already. Unless he is rescuing her and that leads to a flight together, I could go with that.

Totally do not want the flight scene again.

For me it kind of takes you out of the movie, like this little detour from the plot while we fly around and see some stuff... SR's was a bit better because he was actually making a point by showing her what it's like to be up there listening to all the crys for help.

But it really is done now I think.

It made the most sense in STM since there was no particular urgency at the time so they could afford to slow it down.

I'd rather just have a scene of Clark flying on his own - maybe even with a moment like the one in my avatar.

The romance doesn't have to have anything to do with flying. In fact I'd prefer it if it didn't look like she falls in love with him partially because he can fly!

they should have a flight together, but it should just be part of him saving her or something like that, the romantic type can either wait for a sequel or be left out completely.
