He was so cool in JLU that he even made Vixen somewhat interesting. My god, I thought that was impossible. If they don't have Steel reestablished quickly, the DCnU will be complete void of cool black male characters. (Unless Static is doing something interesting that I don't know about.)

I dig the design of the Star Sapphire's and if i was going to join any Lantern corps it would probably be them. Flying through space surrounded sexy ladies in beautiful kinky looking outfits? Yes. I want this

But they need to stop all the outer space taffy-ing. Carol is the only one that doesn't seem rape-y as hell right now

I just find it funny how Star Sapphire doesn't get nearly enough flack for dressing as she does, yet the minute Starfire shows skin, it's objectification.

Anyway, I liked the Star Sapphires to go back to having gems that created constructs over rings. I don't have much more to add. I like Carol Ferris more than I do her GLish alter-ego.

Speaking of costumes I have to say that I dig Star Sapphire's DCAU costume more than her comic book one. It's fab

Are we talking about the Star Sapphire Corps? Because Miri was kind of cool. But if we're talking about just Carol, f*** her. Terrible character who lacks any real purpose given that Hal is sort of the definition of the womanizing douchebag. He's never gonna settle down with Carol. I laughed when Johns actually turned that into her reason for returning to the Star Sapphires.

The others are all apparently poster girls (almost said "poster children" before recalling that, according to Johns' emo-spectrum, only women are capable of love) for the various forms of neuroses and outright insanity that love at its worst can engender. They're the rapiest corps in all the rainbow.
