Wish the Falcons would have kept Ryan in for a little bit longer.

Semi-related football news... Went to see Sherlock Holmes tonight and saw the trailer for The Dark Knight Rises. My main man Hines Ward was featured prominently in it. I knew the Steelers were in the movie of course, but I didn't expect to see Ward's name and #86 on his jersey. It was a total high-five moment for Steeler Nation.

Wow. Those were some awesome seats. You definitely saw a Jags beat down. I wish I could get Steelers tickets that close but they'd probably cost like 1000 dollars a piece the way people are around here.

Yeah, I got the two seats for $200 way cheaper than normal. The benefits of meaningless Thursday night games.

The falcons will get decimated by the saints next week. Drew Brees has far too many weapons and the Saints Defense is much better.

It's gotta suck to be MJD, consistently the only good thing about that team but on the upside, they're so bad they make him look godly.

Bears WR Sam Hurd released & under investigation by the DEA. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d...headline_stack

Joe earned even more respect by having the balls to call out this constant Tebow loving nonsense from Sportscenter. Thank You, Joe. Thank You.

Matt Ryan has weapons too, and the Saints defense is ranked 27th in the league while Atlanta is 8th.

Atlanta is also playing some damn good ball recently, so there's nothing that says the Monday night game won't be a highly contested fight to the death like most Falcons-Saints games.

Also, Osgood was the only Jags player I saw crack a smile, after the punt block of course.

I give Joe props for calling out the Teblowing that the sports media is constantly doing, but he's really off-base when he talks about the Ravens not getting respect. A lot of analysts on NFLN and ESPN have been talking up the Ravens for weeks, saying they're a contender for the Super Bowl. So granted, no team has been getting the coverage Tebow has (and that's ridiculous) but I think the Ravens have been talked up as much as any of the other top tier teams in the NFL.

Falcons didn't get decimated last time, and that was when they weren't playing very good football. ATLs offense is stepping up a few gears and John Abraham has gone into "predator" mode.

The Saints defense sucks.

Have you even watched the Falcons this season? Roddy White and Julio Jones are freakin' AMAZING weapons. And Michael Turner anyone?

Falcons certainly won't have a game like they did last night against the Jags but it's gonna be a GREAT game to watch as far as offense goes. It could go either way as far as I'm concerned. Depends on if Brees gets hot or if he's cold. Because I've seen a couple games where Brees has been cold and they've gotten beaten down in those games.

As a Steelers fan I respect Joe Flacco. I respect him so much that I pulled Ben out as my QB and added Joe as my starting QB in my fantasy league. SO HE BETTER PLAY WELL THIS WEEK!

But, seriously, Ravens do get the respect it just depends on what sports show you're watching. On the CBS show Cowher, Marino, and Sharpe give huge props to the Ravens. I just don't watch a lot of ESPN or NFL Network so I don't hear all this "Tebowing". If Denver beats the Pats this week because of Tim Tebow playing amazingly I'll kind of start to buy into it but I predict his little win streak ends this Sunday.

Flacco has fallen way down the pecking order in terms of QBs this season. But ****ing hell yea to him calling out the media on this Tebow nonsense.

I support any player calling out the media for their obsession on Tim Tebow, and as for Ravens not getting respect from the national media, how about the undefeated Packers? Even Packers take a back seat from all these Tebow-worshipped from the sports broadcasting.

The Saints and Falcons games are never blowouts by either team. I could see the Falcons beating New Orleans. The last time they played them they pretty much gave the game away.

I just think it's truly indicative of the state of ESPN & major sports outlets when even the active players are completely fed up with this Tebow Mania. I actually saw a 2 HOUR Tebow special, hosted from Denver, surrounded by Tebow Nation, with every topic based in some form on Tebow.

First Take is garbage & Skip Bayless makes me nauseous. Like Joe said, you like the GUY but the coverage makes you want to root against him.

I used to enjoy First Take, until it became a daily 2 hours of Tebow Time.
