No matter how many of MessenjahMatt's incredible gifs I try to use as my avvy, they all show up as just still images. No movement at all. Does anyone have any idea why?

His avvys are 100x100 and you don't have enough posts for a 100x100 avvy. You need at least 2,000 posts to use it fully (gif and all). I can resize them if you want for 75x75.

How do you resize gifs? Preferably in Photoshop CS4, as that's what I have (I also have an HP desktop from 2005... being poor makes it hard to upgrade...

).

ETA:
There's an ad at the top of this page for Call of Duty Black Ops II. It says "nothing sneaks up on a covert warrior". If someone who's adblock plus has failed them (like it apparently has me in this case) manages to grab that, can they make an animated banner (not for an avatar, but for Facebook or something like that) that continues that thought with "except Batman" and shows Adam West's Batman generally looking stupid?

Mostly for s**ts n' giggles...

Copy the gif file name (even the .gif at the end)

On Photoshop go to:
File > Import > Video Frames to Layers > paste gif name in the correct directory > and it's imported

From then on you resize the gif like if you were importing a video into frame layers.
