I hope she goes the Kate Winslet route; where she does quality films that aren't huge at the b.o, but get alot of attention come awards time.

Gemma Arteton was another i had hope would take this route as well, but she seems to be in one big budget suckfest after another.....

She didn't appear that well endowed in the Cap movie. Where they taped down ?

Winslet had the good grace to start in Titanic. The last blockbuster that shouldn't have been. Everything she does gets attention.

I think Atwell is going to have to start in at least one franchise to get Hollywood's/public's award attention and win.

I only know Arteton's in that Hansel and Gretel movie since Clash. I don't think she's a strong lead or supporting actress though.

Definitely the accent, but if you listen to her in interviews she's very intelligent.

She's in a couple of London plays right now (always good to see actresses do this, as theater tends to really sharpen their skills); according to IMDB - i know - a few Britsh mini series...

I think she has a chance to appear in Cap 2 as well. Personally, I just want her to show up in more Hollywood movies.

I'd like to see her in a few blockbusters myself, but none of that summer popcorn crap. Something like Inception, TDKR, etc....something with some substance.
