I give kudos to the Raimi trilogy where it deserves, its just it doesn't deserve kudos for much, and it definitely doesn't deserve kudos for the finished product of the costume.

I still prefer Raimi's suit,but this new one is starting to grow on me. I like how it looks on a skinnier Spider-man. I would've liked to have seen how Raimi's suit looked on Tobey without all the muscle padding they had in there.

The reboot Hands down. At first I was not sure, but after seeing it in the trailers and action scenes, I like it better. It also helps that Garfield has more of the build I conceptualize for Spidey compared to Tobey's.

I think overall the Tobey Maguire costume is better, but because it is perfect. However, it is also "too perfect." The Andrew Garfield one feels more gritty and realistic. I can imagine a teenager making that costume.

I love both costumes for the movies they are in; both are great.

Raimi=616? Okay.
Webb=Ultimate? No.

The Ultimate costume is the same thing as the original we know and love, except the eyes were more circular and larger, and of course the chest spider varies from suit-to-suit anyway. But it was still the same size it has been. The Webb suit has no web design, no belt, has added blue in areas like his hands, visible web shooters, shoes, a chest spider which is basically the Raimi spider with long legs, and small yellow eyes.

The only noticeable difference in looks for USM was he was very thin, which is the only thing you can possibly compare to Garfield. His Peter doesn't even look like Ultimate Peter.
