I'm OK with the Lizard turning a few people into lizard-folk.
After all, that was kind of his master plan throughout the classic Silver Age Spidey comics - it only makes sense to see him bring it to pass in the movie. |

I'm just wondering whether that ultra blurry shot from ************** of the lizard with a fairly clear snout was faked or just too blurry. Remember that?

Were the shots of Spidey swinging as cool and majestic as Raimi's version?

Wow! How does this Spidey move compared to Raimi's? Garfield mentioned he moves like a Spider would, so I'm curious what that looks like.

There was definitely something far more interesting about having him use mechanical webshooters in flight.

And he does move very spider like. He even looks at a spider move while he's testing his powers so I get the sense that he will get the idea to imitate spiders and really test his limits |

I hope Lizzy doesn't die, however. With Goblin, Ock and Venom all dying in the Raimi movies, it would be nice to see Curt Connors survive after the Lizard's defeat. |

That's a judgement call. In my eyes that final swing doesn't hold up anymore so I'd b the wrong guy to answer but I was impressed

I've heard this before. I can never agree with it. I think the swing from Spidey 1 holds up much better than Spidey 2. Never was very keen on the second's end swing.

Ok, does he at least swing as in shoot webs from both wrists instead of firing from the one web shooter, make a long-ass swing, disengage and then re-engage from the same one shooter as he pretty much did in all 3 previous films. I hated that.

I'm a fan though, of all of them. I have my preferneces, sure, but I'm not knocking any of it. It's the first thing that got me excited when I saw the teaser, how when he shot his web, there was strain when it snagged, and you could see the web go tight and his arm buckle slightly. I'm quite excitable today

How much of the web swinging CGI? I know that a majority of it had to be live-action rig swinging....
