Here's another name I'll throw in for Gordon. John Hawkes?

I was thinking about a 60s' Batman cast and James Coburn would have made a killer Joker. I mean, look at that smile.

Hiddleston wouldve made a fantastic Joker.

Still going with Giuntoli for Bruce -

Anyways, I'm just hoping that they go with a more 'comic-book accurate' approach and embrace the source materal in favour of Nolan's hightened realism ala what Whedon has done with the Avengers. WB shouldnt be scared of the characters origins on the printed page - MARVEL has shown that you can achieve that without the need for camp or farce.

Lol. I'd say that's just the hairstyle. Other than that, he looks nothing like Nimoy. Maybe there's a passing resemblance to Quinto, but if anything he looks alot more like Routh [ironically].

With a bit of Simon McCorkindale thrown in there for good measure.

Absolutely. His and Miller's take on Gordon might be my favourite in all Batman cannon.

So everybody wants an older Batman and a younger Gordon?

That's odd.

I just googled Daddies thinking it had something to do with Ewan McGregor or something and what I saw on images will haunt me forever!

Not everyone;

Giuntoli is 31 [my pick for Bruce] and McGregor [who I gave a thumbs up to seeing in the role after it was suggested on here] is 41.
