Oh, yeah. That was a ****** call without a doubt. And it was an overall ****** performance. I know they been saying for years that this ain't your father's Vanderbilt, but still. This team doesn't deserve to be #9 in the country.

Man, I love SEC football, but the division has the worst refs in the history of the profession, and they've been like that for years. They're worse than the "refs" in the NFL now.

They are not as bad as you say, they are getting "Paid" to make favorable calls for the SEC money making BCS progams.....you know what I mean. The same schools gets all the favorable calls, in the rest like Vandy, Miss St., Kentucky...cry a river; be happy you are apart of the SEC.

It's not just that, the bowl games with non-SEC teams that they ref show just how bad they really are at general game calling. I mean its just amazing that these refs are so bad that they can have a perfect view on this and not call it.

I just don't see how that can not get called.

I know it's only Marshall, but WVU looks great. The Big 12 is a tough conference, but the Mounties are gonna fit in just fine.

This Auburn/Clemson game, they're both wearing home threads. Never seen that done before.

Miami seriously, seriously, needs to improve on defense.

Oh, and keep getting the ball to Duke Johnson.

Hawai'i belongs more in the PAC12 than Colorado.

I have a theory that he secretly transferred to Alabama hours before the game started.

For the number 8 team in the country, Michigan is putting up about as much effort as the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns.

For the #4 team, Oklahoma is getting their ass handed to them by UTEP. Question is, can UTEP sustain it?

I have a lot of faith in Mike Price. Besides, Oklahoma hasn't had a defense since 2001.

I don't blame any of these schools doing neutral site games or Notre Dame going to Ireland. There's money there, and you need money to compete for talent.

However, it irks me a little. When I think back to my college days not too long ago, I remember getting out of class on Friday. Maybe there's a pep rally, there's definitely some grocery shopping for the tailgating the next day. You WALK to the game. You boo, you cheer, maybe recklessly tear down a goalpost. These days are disappearing.

I was equally disappointed to see college game day head to Dallas for the Bama/Mich. Isn't the whole point of college game day to visit a college campus and be surrounded by crazy drunk students?

It seriously blows my mind how Bob Stoops was like THE defensive guy. He was Saban before Saban was Saban. His D's at Florida were stout, and his defenses at Oklahoma were some of the best in recent memory. Now, for a decade, he's put out ghastly defenses that have cost him probably two national titles. How does that happen?

I don't really have a problem with it as long as they keep it to the opening weekend. Although I'm sure in a few years there will be a mega neutral site game every other week.

De'Anthony Thomas, Marcus Mariota, and Oregon are going as if they have never missed a beat, albeit against Arkansas State.
