Can't honestly say.
I generally check http://www.kryptonsite.com/smallvillemusicseason5.htm But they don't have any music listed for that episode which means it probably was done by the guy who composes music for the show |

This was Mark Snow's soundtrack music. So far as I know, his music for Smallville has not been released commercially, so only Mr. Snow would know the name of that piece. But I agree that it is great music for a great scene.
