That's an outdated list, here's what it says in a more recent list -

Advanced User-Level 6
Users are in this group when they have 6000 posts or more.
Can use Custom Titles
Can use Signatures
Can Download Attachments
Can upload Attachments
Can upload Avatars
Has a PM Mailbox limit of 200 Messages
Can have Avatars with a 100 x 100 dimensions
Can have an Avatar that is 80KB large (default for others is 20KB)
Can post new threads
Can reply to existing threads

Interesting, well I've help other users with their avvys that have just over 2,000 posts and a 100x100 avvy works for them fine.

Here it is, but I had to reduce it below 20KB so it doesn't look as good as the 75x75 avvy:
